Our commitment is to present a product that is beautiful to look at but above all good to taste: we use genuine ingredients of the highest quality and, where possible, organic and at zero kilometers. Often also from the family garden. Ours is an all-round confectionery and pastry production: our pride is the panettone as well as the pot-cooked babà, made in the laboratory by the Adamo family with butter from the Piedmontese pastures.
We offer only a few panettone flavors, about 8: use of semi-finished products reduced to a minimum, semi-candied fruit, Sicilian pistachio and pure chocolate are our strengths, in addition to the experiments that our customers await with curiosity.
