Weekend a Firenze S.r.l. guarantees TOTAL consumer satisfaction for items purchased in our E-mall. If you are not FULLY satisfied, we want to know.
Please note: We remind you that service bookings are not included in this customer satisfaction policy.
Here's what to do:
1) Within seven days, send notice either via fax (+39 0574 401744) or via Email explaining your reasons (change of mind, faulty, breakage, bad quality, etc...). In the message please indicate if you prefer to exchange the goods, or receive your money back.
2) Send the goods back to us, insured. You should pay only for the return shipment and insurance.
3) Within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods we will either return the replaced goods, if available, or if not, refund the FULL PRICE OF THE ITEM(S) you are returning, according to your instructions.
Terms of Sale
- Prices include Italian taxes. Weekend a Firenze S.r.l. is not responsible for any tax duties or taxes imposed by any countries other than Italy.
- Custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded.
- Orders must be paid by credit card.
