Settignano

The village of Settignano lies on a hill on the northeastern outskirts of Florence, just a few kilometers from the city center. The author, Helen Manner Watterson a long time teacher of art history, offers a discussion of the history and importance of this “borgo”, along with itineraries for visiting it and for enjoying its surroundings.
