SICILIAN APERITIF BOX

For an aperitif rich in Sicilian flavors and aromas, an assortment of pesto and jams to be enjoyed also accompanied by goat cheeses and aged cheeses.

Crackers are produced with ancient Sicilian wheat flour preserved by the farmers and handed down from generation to generation, with organic crops, to rediscover the ancient flavor of wheat. The Olive and Almond Pesto is produced with excellent olives harvested by local associations committed to rescuing migrants from labor exploitation.

The Orange and Almond Artichoke Pesto is also a set of agri-food excellences of the territory, which combines the sweet of artichokes with the sour scent of Sicilian Oranges and all the raw materials are organic.

The Extra Jam of Red Onions reproduces the typical Sicilian sweet and sour taste and the Extra Jam of Pears and Walnuts amazes for the contrast of the savory taste of the walnuts and the sweetness of the pears that caresses the palate, excellent paired with cheeses.
