Method of Production
Planting of grapes in fruit trees in the hills up to january, vinification in contact with the skins with traditional reassembly. Slow fermentation and subsequent aging in oak barrels for 24 Months.

Casalforte Amarone della Valpolicella is a wine with full body and deeply garnet color. The its complex bouquet of cinnamon, jam of cherry, fruit in spirit and walnut, highlights at the palate a taste of black cherry, spicy notes of vanilla and coffee on the finish. It goes perfectly with first courses with sauces elaborated with truffle, hare or
game and with grilled red meats, braised and long-aged cheeses
