About the winery
The wines of Tenuta Montagnani are produced by Federico Montagnani and Mattia Barzaghi (one of the key figures in the revival of Vernaccia, in terms of quality, visibility and commercial thrust) with grapes selected from the oldest company vineyard. The vinification of the flower must and the refinement always take place in cement. The production is tiny, about 1300 bottles per year. Assola is one of the 3 company labels that work alongside olives and saffron.
