Chardonnay Trentino DOC

Coming from the Burgundy region, the Chardonnay grape was introduced in Trentino
at the end of the nineteenth century and found on the slopes foothills the ideal habitat. It is grown in the hilly and semi-hilly areas of the territory of Mori Brentonico and Ala.

METHOD
The grapes are harvested in the first days in September, and after soft pressing,
the clean free-run must carries out the fermentation at controlled temperature in steel containers. 

FEATURES
The wine has a straw yellow color clear, an intense, pleasant scent and slightly fruity.
The flavor is harmonious, full and dry.

PAIRINGS
The recommended combinations are, appetizers lean, light soups and fish dishes;
ideal as an aperitif.
