The extra brut version of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG is the natural expression of the Glera grape, which retains its delicate and aromatic bouquet. This sparkling wine with a sugar level that is very close to zero, is perfectly able to degrease the palate and is an excellent combination with fish dishes.
