Zanotelli is a family-run farm that has been working the rugged slopes of the Cembra Valley since 1860 where over seven hundred kilometers of dry stone walls now support about three hundred hectares of vineyards.

Agriculture as an image of a terraced mountain area, where the Zanotelli cousins ​​cultivate the approximately 15 hectares of property between 500 and 800 meters in a sustainable way. above sea level, they vinify the grapes with passion and competence and take care of the distribution of their wines both on the national and international market. The Zanotelli family historically produced Schiava wine (Vernatsch in German), a red berried grape grown massively in the entire Cembra Valley since the Napoleonic era.

Over time, the new skills acquired have made it possible to discover the great vocation that this territory possesses, thanks to the strong temperature variations between day and night, the excellent south-east exposure of the slopes and the porphyritic terroir which reflect great aromaticity and fragrance in the wine.

Today the range consists mainly of white mountain wines: Müller Thurgau, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Kerner, Riesling. There is no shortage of red berried goodies Schiava, Pinot Nero and Lagrein. The range is completed by the Trento Doc classic method, based on chardonnay which rests on the lees for 36 months.
