The Vino Nobile di Montepulciano is one of the oldest wines in Italy, mentioned as far back as 789 AD. It comes exclusively from a small area in the province of Siena, the beautiful territory of Montepulciano.
A bottle of this wine contains history, tradition and territory, which has come down to us for centuries and centuries.
Ruby red color, particularly fruity aroma, dry, warm, soft, fairly tannic, quite intense and persistent taste.
Vines: piedirosso 70%, Aglianico 30%,
Vinification: fermentation with maceration for about 5 days, fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperatures for about 20 days, aging in steel tanks .
