Obtained from Cannonau and Muristellu grapes, the Bovale Sardo, harvested by hand and left to dry on racks. Fermentation takes place in contact with the skins in steel tanks at a controlled temperature for fifteen days, after which it is transferred to 500-liter oak barrels where it evolves for a few months.

The color is deep ruby red, with light violet reflections. On the nose we perceive intense aromas rich in Mediterranean notes and overripe fruit. The taste is soft, full and intense.

The Surrau Cellars dominate a property of over 50 hectares of land covered mostly by vineyards. The project interprets the cellar as a workplace that transforms a product of the earth through processes made visible, which guarantee its genuineness and quality. The architectural project stems from a harmonious research between construction and nature, in which the building is characterized by a sequence of transparent facades and local stone walls that blend with the earth.

Vigne Surrau's production stands on a medium-high quality profile, obtaining important awards. From the basic wines to the more complex ones, the entire production has won the applause of enthusiasts, establishing itself as a new oenological reference point in Sardinia.

The varieties produced are Vermentino, Cannonau, Carignano, Muristellu and Cabernet Sauvignon. The wines produced, ambassadors of the land of Gallura in the world, enhance the aromas and flavors with their characteristics. Here, where nature imitates art in the eclectic forms of granite shaped by the wind, man picks the best fruits and transforms them into splendid wines.
