This wine represents the gateway to Vigne Surrau's Vermentini: the grapes, 100% Vermentino, come from espalier-trained vineyards in soils resulting from granitic weathering, medium-textured, tending to sandy.

Given the warm climate during the harvest, the cold cycle is activated immediately after the destemming-crushing. After the extraction of the must, the alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 15-18 ° C.

Lively and rich in floral, peach and plum aromas, beautiful clear mineral references. Full, balanced, tasty and very savory, it shows a long and pleasant persistence.

The Surrau Cellars dominate a property of over 50 hectares of land covered mostly by vineyards.
